In 2018 Jack Payne was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease “ALS.” As you can imagine this diagnosis has left our family broken-hearted. There is no cure or treatments available  for ALS. As of now, Jack has lost the ability to walk and needs proper transportation to get to his church and doctors appointments.  So, we are in need of purchasing a wheelchair van for Jack so that he is able to get to his doctors visits and other places he loves. Please help Jack reach this goal and make him comfortable before he passes.
