I am a disabled NY Municipal Police Officer and US Army Veteran.

I suffer from debilitating line-of-duty PTSD, and at this point have to request assistance from my community due to ongoing medical issues as well as being faced with homelessness.

Due to the toll of my illness, my financial and living situations have become untenable.

Other than a modest Social Security disability payment, I have no other income.
