On behalf of our fellow brother in blue, we are organizing this campaign to start a fund for Officer Tsoi's young daughters.
Christopher Tsoi, A Neighborhood Coordination Officer (NCO) and member of Transit District 20 in Queens, NY, was a 9 year veteran of the police department and a soldier. Chris courageously served multiple tours as a marine for our country overseas and then continued his service here to protect and serve the City of New York.
We thank Officer Chris Tsoi for his dedication, service and bravery and he will be sorely missed
