The Encinitas Lifesaving Association is a 501c3 non-profit supporing ocean lifeguards and surrounding first responders in the North County area of San Diego.  Blake Dresner was an ocean lifeguard for the City of Encinitas Marine Safety Division of the Encinitas Fire Department.  Blake was tragically killed in a surfing accident and the ELA works with Project Moonlight to provide BLS EMS training to local surf clubs and teams, as well as, developing nations with beach tourism around the world.  Funds go to support materials and equipment, travel for our dedicated team of public safety professional volunteers.
