David Curtis tragically left us on July 4th, 2026. He was a beloved member of the Watertown community and Codington County Law Enforcement. Dave’s death was something Darce was not emotionally or financially prepared for. Dave was one of the kindest people I have had the privilege of meeting and I greatly respected the way that he valued people when they entered the courthouse…he was truly a hero in our community!
