I am a Vietnam veteran era, I have not worked since June 17th, my resources have been exhausted. I had what you call edema in my left foot,( I can provide a picture) I also will have to have surgery in the future, I have meniscus in my right knee, I  am trying to get my medical card and money for bus ticket and money for food and bills for this month, the medical card is for me to go back to driving 18 wheelers.  I have commercial driving license, Washington State cdl license. With the grace of God, I'm just trying to get back on my feet,  I am grateful for any amount of money that can help toward my cause. May God bless.
