Hello, my name is Shaun and I'm a volunteer firefighter. I recently had to have my 5th cervical spine surgery and third fusion. The surgery lasted over 7 hours and included fusing the front of my spine from C3-C7 after that was finished I was flipped over and they fused the back of my spine from C2-T2. The rehab to come back from this surgery is going to take a while. I don't have any disability benefits available for me at this time. My only income is temporary assistance and that doesn't pay much at all. I'm just looking for help to cover gas to appointments and some medications.
