Created April 29th, 2024

Ryan Hamilton served 15 years in the fire service working for the National Parks Service, Wilmar Fire Protection District, Bodega Bay Fire and the Petaluma Fire Department.  Ryan left the fire service three years ago while struggling with job related mental health and PTSD and tragically lost his battle against mental health on April 25, 2024 and passed away. He was a dedicated public servant, a loving father, a cherished son and brother, and a loyal friend.  Please consider donating to help his family in this tragic time of need.

“No words can adequately express our tremendous gratitude for your support through this devastating loss.  Each note, each thought, each prayer, and each donation has helped carry us through these most-difficult of days.  Thank you to each and every one of you for honoring our son, and for honoring his service.  And for so warmly including us in your service family.”
