Since 2019, I have put out over 300 episodes of The Protectors
Podcast in video & audio and have had incredible support from so many,
including many of you all! Recently a major organization created a podcast called "The Protectors Podcast" and is attempting to move my show out of the way using corporate money & a production team. They were kindly asked to adjust their name but refused and continue to target the show.
It is now
time to take care of the official trademark of the podcast and brand “The
Protectors”. This includes a lawyer,
fees, and will likely run over $2000. Rather than asking for money directly, why not
have a raffle of one of my rifles! A Remington
700.
To help the show, there are two options; straight donation and/or purchase a raffle tickets for each tier.
A maximum of 100 tickets will be sold for the rifle and are numbered from
001 to 100. A donation of $20.00 per ticket is required; all donations must be
paid prior to receiving the virtual ticket. Only tickets that have been paid
for may be used for the drawing. Ticket
numbers will be emailed prior to drawing. SPECIAL BUY

Rules:

The raffle is void where prohibited. Ticket buyers must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket. By obtaining a raffle ticket, the buyer is attesting to be a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, and intends to use the firearm only in a safe and legal manner.
Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of the rifle. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) rules apply. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws of the legal residence of the winning ticket holder.
Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm won is legal in their state, city or town prior to taking possession of the firearm won.
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing
All SHIPPING and TRANSFER FEES are the responsibility of the winner.
