From the time you both were 14 yrs old you have been side by side in everything you did, from high school to explorers, to aux, to medic school. You have left a very deep hole in my babies heart, one that will never heal, or be forgotten. Your friendship was so important to her, you left all of us too early. You will be missed so much. ❤️
Thoughts and Prayers to the Van Ruiten family
In memory of a truly remarkable man Bobby Van Ruiten, You will always be one hell of a firefighter, and more importantly, a brother in arms. I had the privilege of watching you grow from your early days as a SFD AUX FF, to your time as a Woodbridge FF where I had the honor of working side by side with you, and finally to your position as a Stockton FF. At each stage you excelled consistently leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to work with you. Your dedication, skill, and strength will never be forgotten. You’ve left an indelible mark on all of us and while your presence will be deeply missed, your LEGACY will live on in the lives you touched. Rest easy brother. Deepest condolences -Hernandez Family. 💐
Rest easy, Bobby. Praying for peace to all who love you. Nate Smith & family
