Welcome to the Fischer Family Support donation page. This page was created as a way for those farther away to help with monetary donations. These funds will help defer medical and travel expenses to help ensure Ryan and Jessica can focus all their energy on Jessica and their three young children during this journey.
Please know that while Ryan & Jessica are unable to answer all of your calls, texts, messages etc. They are reading and listening to them. Thanks in advance for surrounding them in love and support.

Updates
It is with tremendous sadness that we share that our dear beloved Jessica passed away last night, Tuesday January 9th, at Mayo in Rochester. Jessica was surrounded by her family as they said their goodbyes and shared in welcoming our beautiful Jessica on her next wonderful journey.
We are so proud of how courageously and tenaciously Jessica fought to remain with us here. We are blessed to have had her in our lives.
We thank everyone for their kind and loving prayers and acts throughout this journey. Your kindness and thoughtfulness helped to give Jessica hope and continue to provide her family strength.

Journal Entry by Jessica Fischer — June 6, 2023
Today was day 5 of radiation, halfway there!! It gets harder each time, but Ryan reminds me that the alternative is worse.
The kids are adjusting to our new routine. Holden is back at daycare and Sophie has been helping there as well. Raleigh has choosen to take the long drive to Sioux Falls with us everyday. Thank goodness he’s a good traveler. He enjoys eating cookies, playing war, and candy land while I’m doing radiation.
Ryan and I cannot thank enough our family, friends, neighbors, employers, co-workers, businesses, and the ENTIRE Watertown community for all of the prayers, thoughts, gifts, food, and support. It is truly overwhelming and brings tears to my eyes everyday.
My prayer warriors are strong!! I have heard of churches and prayer chains all over the world praying for our family. Please keep them coming!! Pray for strength, comfort, peace, medical knowledge, and for my body to accept all possible treatment. We are still waiting to hear the results of the BRAF testing to see what our next step is. Hopefully at our appointment on Friday with the oncologist we will know more.
I did not attend, but I heard AMAZING things about the concert and benefit at Curly’s last weekend. Thank you to the Lawrence family, Dempsey’s Hot Dogs, the amazing volunteers, and everyone who attended! I cannot wait to spend some time out there this summer.
Lastly, Ryan and I want to thank the Sanford staff. Everyone who was involved during that week in the hospital was so kind, patient, understanding, and are true Angels. We couldn’t have gotten through that week without them.
