My roof has a leak, and it is impacting my bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. I had it repaired before, but the roofers that I got estimates from said the previous company did not do what they were supposed to have done. So, I have to have someone correct it. I have gotten several estimates. I have one place that said they can repair the roof and place something like Rain X for a roof on it for $5000, which is cheaper than the $15,000, $19,000, and $11,700 replacements that we have been quoted. The company is guaranteeing their work with a 10-year warranty. I am seeking assistance to get my roof fixed. My home is older and has a metal roof, so the quotes are expensive since metal has apparently gone up a lot. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
