Join us in supporting Konstantin Pokras, who is a dedicated employee of the NYPD and proud member of the Russian American Officers Association during his time of need. Konstantin Pokras joined the NYPD in 2018 as a Crime Analyst and was assigned to the 61st Precinct. He has also served in the Gun Violence Suppression Division analyzing data to help strengthen prosecutions for firearm recidivists.
Recently, Konstantin has faced unforeseen challenges and medical expenses and we are calling on our community to rally around him and his elderly mother who he supports financially. For the last 3 months, Konstantin has been bedridden due to being diagnosed with Cellulitis from just a common mosquito bite. Cellulitis is an aggressive form of infection of open wounds which has life changing complications. Unfortunately, due to Konstantin’s diagnosis, he has used up all of his sick time and is on leave without pay from the department with no other source of income.
This fundraiser aims to raise vital funds to support Konstantin and his elderly mother during this difficult time. Each donation, big or small, brings us closer to our goal.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
