Save Makenzie
Their story
Hi Sir or Ma'am,
Abusive ex-spouse(gross-fraud on being a mandated reporter)commits parental kidnapping(took the baby ran away and filed false charges to convince the courts otherwise)after not taking responsibility for domestic violence and child abuse by going to counseling 4 months into the marriage(this means admitting to a counselor the violence being committed needs to stop and thinking constructively about alternative means of behavioral management).
California Law, it is illegal to maliciously remove a child from his or her parent or legal guardian. Similar to kidnapping, child abduction is considered a crime against the parent while kidnapping is considered a crime against the child.
I have not seen the baby since she was two years old when the mother committed parental kidnapping(I was there the whole pregnancy, every doctor's appointment, staying home to take care of the mother and baby during and after the birth). The mother has no reason to stop stalking, hacking, and using friends and family members "who throw pleasure parties" from becoming violent with me on any given day(the mother has a substance abuse problem and denies ever committing violence or having a substance abuse problem; instead, excuses are made that I(the father?) am the one causing domestic violence from a new dark past--I have yet to hear the whole story). I am furthering the investigation to save Makenzie from abuse because no one else is going to stand up to the punks causing ID theft, fraud, child abuse, domestic violence, financial abuse, isolation, sexual abuse, stalking, misconduct, etc.
Respectfully
The only concerned parent (DAD) who gives a hoot.
Severe or extreme emotional distress: “Severe” emotional distress is that which is substantial or enduring. It has also been defined as a kind of distress no reasonable person is expected to endure. It may consist of any highly unpleasant reaction such as fright, grief, shame, humiliation, embarrassment, anger, or worry.
PS
I filed a DVRO/Divorce Nov2019/Jan2020 (I was working with a window clerk to file the case). The domestic violence restraining order was filed Nov 2019. I added a divorce to the restraining order in Jan 2020. Then, COVID-19 caused a courtroom shutdown around christmas/new year. I was asked not to return and to wait for the court date in the mail. The abusive ex-spouse violated the restraining order for harassing, life threatening phone calls daily (from a phone number generator and told if I do not take the call, calls would continue until the police are called--the calls did not stop).
The case just explained is now dropped fraudulently with my signature by the other party (abusive ex-spouse/state worker/union member), and was never reassigned, but was signed by the judge awaiting hearing. It was done so during the courtroom shut down without my knowledge. I was called with a heated phone call by the abusive ex-spouse when it happened and did not know what was being said. I later called the courthouse because I did not receive a court date in the mail. CA Law grants a grace period to reschedule court dates if missed. The courthouse hung up the phone for three day of calling, being told the entire case has to be refiled through the mail.
Gaslighting is a successful tactic because while one person—the perpetrator—“externalizes and projects” their thoughts, feelings, or perceptions, the other person—the victim—“incorporates and assimilates” the reality that is being created for them.
“Gaslighting equals misdirection, distraction, and the deliberate denial of reality,”
which can so easily occur in a relationship based on one partner wielding power and control over another. This emotionally and psychologically manipulative tactic is undeniably experienced by many victims of abuse within what they believe to be as an intimate partner relationship.
I was told by the abusive ex-spouse "is a powerful woman, who dropped the case, and coded it differently so no-one can ever find it." A week later I received a restraining order case in my email as proof of service. Two weeks later the CA State worker/Union Judge grants the case and does not let me say anything during the case (over the phone). Two weeks later I was called by Police asking for a statement about a violation to a restraining order I explained was filed fraudulently, because it is the same case I just filed which is now dropped and decoded to hide my testimony.
Two weeks later I was served by the County Sheriff for two more cases filed (a case for contempt, and a case for conservator). I was apprehended for two violations of the restraining order for harassing phone calls said to be violations of the restraining order while being served the papers. I was released from custody for violations to a restraining order falsely filed and given a court date.
Three more attorneys have now been hired and fired because they are being threatened to cut a deal or else. I am being gaslighted in court by the abusive ex-spouse currently (whose grandmother is overseeing the case from her position with the Probation Department).
Updates
The punching game I did not participate in continued until the day the kidnapping took place. The abusive ex-spouse did not want to put up the wedding photos. I was under the impression you could not notice, but the photo was so titled by the photographer, "shy smile." My face is puffed up from getting punched over and over in the face and doing nothing about it. I was really concered about the abusive ex-spouse turning on the baby if the police came to the door(to which I was told over and over again not to call the police or tell my family).
It has been two years and two months, to the day that I have seen the abusive ex-spouse and Makenzie. We were at a mediation for custody and the abusive ex-spouse shows up with another man and Makenzie. Of course, I flip out and the whole day is shot. All the small things, true care, truth brings. Best trip always, I know you'll be at my show; Watching, waiting, commiserating......
