Selvin Campos has been a life long friend, father, husband, and to us first responders a brother. He has been working EMS for the New York City Fire Department for over 24 years where he has also assisted in the recovery efforts on 9/11.
On March 21, 2024 Selvin's life and career had changed very quickly. Selvin went into the hospital for what was suppose to be a minor procedure of removing infectious debris in his toes, which turned into him waking up to his foot being amputated. When the doctors went in for the procedure they found much more infection then what they saw and knew of.
Selvin and his family now need our help. With Selvin being out of work and off payroll since early January of 2024, his medical expenses are building up putting stress on him and his family. All the funds raised will go towards any medical bills and/or any accommodations he needs to have done for his home to ensure his comfortability.
Let’s help him out just as if he would help anyone of his friend or family out.
