Support Nick Cheung and Family in Kaeden’s Fight
For the past 21 years, Nick Cheung has dedicated his career to protecting our community as a member of the Toronto Police Service, serving proudly at 41 Division, 42 Division, and currently with the Centralized Shooting Response Team within the Guns and Gangs Unit. Now, Nick and his family face the hardest battle of their lives, and they need our support.
Nick’s youngest son, Kaeden, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. At just 10 years old, Kaeden is a smart, energetic, and deeply caring boy who brings joy to everyone around him.
The Journey Ahead
A strong treatment plan is officially underway. Kaeden has just begun his chemotherapy which will continue for several months. Following these sessions, the family must travel to the United States for several weeks so Kaeden can receive specialized hospital radiation treatments.
While provincial health coverage handles the medical procedures, the family faces immense out-of-pocket financial strain. The costs of cross-border travel, extended lodging near the U.S. hospital, and everyday unforeseen expenses quickly add up while Nick and his family focus entirely on being by Kaeden’s side.
How You Can Help
100% of the funds raised here will go directly to Nick, Kaeden, and their family to ease this financial burden and allow them to focus 100% on Kaeden's recovery.
