Jason and Kelly Famoso have both served their local communities for several years, assisting countless individuals and families in need, no matter the situation.  Jason has been a Suffolk County Police Officer since 2016 and also holds the rank of Ex-Captain as a member of the Holbrook Fire Department.  Kelly has also served her community as a member of the Holbrook Fire Department as a NYS Emergency Medical Technician.  The two married in 2023 and were recently excited to announce they would be expanding their family by two, with twin boys on the way.  Kelly’s difficult pregnancy included frequent trips to the doctor for monitoring.  On August 1, 2024, Kelly and Jason welcomed two beautiful baby boys to the world – Johnathan James and Joseph Thomas.  In an unimaginable tragedy, Kelly and Jason announce the loss of their sweet baby Joseph after childbirth.  Jason, Kelly, and their families are left mourning the tragic loss of baby Joseph while also caring for baby Johnathan at the same time.  Jason and Kelly are challenged with a difficult road ahead, one that will never fully heal.  Jason and Kelly are left with medical bills for both Kelly and Johnathan and the heart-breaking cost of a private funeral for baby Joseph.  As we continue to pray for Jason, Kelly, and all their family members, we ask you to come together and help this family who themselves have helped so many others.
