Did you know Suicide is the leading cause of death for first responders and the heart attacks often suffered are unique to those who suffer from PTSD?  Our nation loses more first responders to suicide than all in the line of duty deaths combined. 

Most have heard 22 veterans commit suicide every day when in fact the number is closer to 40-44 a day. Half go unreported because they weren't registered with the Veterans Affairs. 

Heroes United to Heal Foundation (HU2H) is on a mission to erase the stigma of PTSD by providing a variety of confidential resources to our heroes suffering in silence because of the stigma. 

Additionally, HU2H educates leaderships and various veteran organizations about how to provide help for someone before the symptoms of PTSD affect their job performance and family relationships. Ultimately preventing them from going down the very dark rabbit hole where suicide feels like their only option to escape their pain
