Updates
A LETTER FROM DETECTIVE KEITH DSOUZA Hi everyone, I want to thank all of you for the generous, thoughtful gift and the support you have all extended towards me during this difficult time in my life. Here is a update on what I have been going through. I have undergone numerous test, chemotherapy followed by a mastectomy and lymphadenectomy surgery where they removed the tumor and lymph nodes which were infected with cancer. Unfortunately I ended up with a bad infection which caused me to undergo three more surgical procedures that was mentally and physically exhausting on my body. I’m ready for the next step in my treatment, which is radiation and thyroid surgery. I recently completed my radiation treatment in December and I’m currently recovering from the burns to my skin on the left side of my chest. I started chemotherapy again on Friday, January 07, 2022. I’m also receiving infusion treatment in regards to the HER2 positive cancer cells I have which is every three weeks for a year. I also receive infusion treatment for my Crohn’s disease every eight weeks. You all are family to me and you've shown me time and time again that family sticks together in good times and bad. Your care and concern really helped me to be a positive and better person to fight this cancer. I love you all and I am forever indebted to your generosity. Thank you again Love , Keith Dsouza ❤️
