Sergeant C.J. Fondaw has dedicated his career to serving and protecting others in our community. Recently, he was involved in an on-duty auto accident that resulted in serious injuries. As a result of those injuries, he is now facing a medical retirement.

This sudden transition has created significant uncertainty, not just for him, but for his two young children, ages 8 and 10, who rely on him every day.

While he does have some income and benefits, the reality is that this unexpected life change has created financial gaps during a critical time. Between recovery, transitioning out of his career, and adjusting to a new normal, the challenges are both immediate and ongoing.

We are asking for support to help ease that burden.

Funds raised will go toward helping Sergeant Fondaw and his children navigate this difficult period, including covering financial gaps during recovery and transition, supporting his family, and including ongoing personal and family related expenses.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to provide some stability and relief as he focuses on healing and being there for his children.
