David Curtis tragically left us on July 4th, 2026. He was a beloved member of the Watertown community and Codington County Law Enforcement. Dave’s death was something Darce was not emotionally or financially prepared for. It was an honor to know Dave since I was 14 years old. He was always so kind, and as an adult had a friendly "how's it going today Mike" ready at the courthouse. He was exponentially better at World of Warcraft than Ill ever be. My condolences to the family. RIP Dave.
