Sisters and Brothers, on May 5th, Brother Frank Francolino would have celebrated his 53rd birthday. I find it impossible to let this day pass without taking action to celebrate Frank's birthday, honor his generous nature and spirit and spread good will and cheer as Frank did. As a result, I would like to commemorate Frank and celebrate his birthday by hosting a fundraiser event in Frank's name. The funds raised through this campaign will be donated to Cop2Cop of New Jersey. As you may remember, counselors from Cop2Cop volunteered their time and shared their expertise and personal stories of hardship during briefings held at our department in the weeks following Frank's passing. Their support was instrumental in helping us navigate this extremely difficult and emotional time. In keeping with Frank's generous spirit, I am kindly asking that you donate to this campaign.
