Help a brother officer in need!

Friends,

I never thought I'd be doing this, but one of my co-workers is in a battle for his life.

A few weeks back, he went to the ED for what he thought were gall stones.  He left the hospital with a diagnosis of Stage IV pancreatic cancer.

Doug Jenks  has spent his ENTIRE life serving others.  He worked for a local sheriff, spent over 20 years with a small PD, and even after retirement, he came back to help my office as a court bailiff and transport deputy. He is a true team player.

He has a LOT of treatments ahead of him.  They are neither fun nor cheap.  His wife has already had to take unpaid days off to help get Doug to and from his treatments.

If any of you are willing and able to donate to help him out, I know they will appreciate it.  Though Doug would never ask for it, they will need the help.  As a cancer survivor myself (as I know many of you are), the costs catch up with you.

All donations will go to Doug and his family.  Thank you for considering helping out a worthy brother.
