Jonathan Cruz is a retired United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant w/ multiple combat tours and was a veteran police officer of 13 years before being terminated for refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine in March of 2022. Even after submitting a religious exemption from the church he attends every Sunday. His Peace Officer Bill of Rights were violated, his constitutional rights under the 14th amendment and 1st amendment were also violated. The city he worked in completely denied his due process and failed to honor his religious rights. His life and career was thrown away because of a political agenda. Since his termination, Jonathan has attempted to get hired at multiple surrounding agencies, but because of his legal fight with his former employer, he has had no luck. Making ends meet to pay bills and feed his family has been the biggest battle Jonathan has had to face. He and his wife are raising their 3 children and 2 foster children, and have now spent their last dollars out of their savings as his legal battle continues to fight what is right and protect others that did not have the ability to do so could not do.
