Veronica, my mom and myself were in a horrific car accident in June of this year, when a reckless driver ran a red light and crashed into us. Veronica was in Trauma ICU for 6 weeks and remains paralyzed . She endured a broken neck and multiple fractures, and had a 9 hour surgery by multiple neurosurgeons. She has a very long recovery ahead of her and faces medical bills, and extensive, aggressive rehabilitation. 

Veronica has spent her life working 12 hour shifts as a pharmacy technician, and always gave most of herself to helping others , participating in administering vaccinations, and was at the front line during the first massive covid break out. She always helped her neighbors and friends in need and cleaned homes for the elderly, and took great care of anyone in need. 

I thank all family and friends that have helped with donations, as I continue to fight for her journey to someday walk again.
