We are looking to raise fund to support the family of Lt. Richard Harris who has recently gone through a wrongful termination, 11 months prior to his retirement due to political discourse.  Richard was terminated and made an example of for doing the right thing and is now struggling.  He has sought out a mental health facility where he will under go an evaluation.  Many of us cannot understand the attack on Lt. Harris' character through all this.  He has given his life to helping other both in and out of uniform.  It is now time to help prevent a fellow brother in uniform from becoming another statistic.  As a dedicated officer for many years, Richard dedicated his life and heart to Portsmouth Police Department in VA.  Richard is struggling with this process and how he is being treated by the department like a criminal for doing the right thing.  Please help us support Richard and his family during this time.  His wife Kimberly and their two children greatly apricate your support and prayers to help him get back onto his feet.  It is time that we serve Lt. Harris like he has served so many others.
