Since 2019, Law Enforcement Officers Weekend has held an annual toy drive fundraiser during the holiday season. Funds raised help provide gifts for children of law enforcement experiencing a hardship. However, this years family is slightly different…
Please Help The D’Agostino’s from Staten Island, NY. - Mike D’Agostino is a NYPD Police Officer and his wife Danielle is a teacher. Over the summer, Danielle was pregnant with their twins boy and girl when she unexpectedly gave birth at 25 weeks pregnant, while vacationing in Maryland. The babies and family were rushed to Baltimore Children’s Hospital where their baby boy, Anthony, passed away two days later. Their baby girl, Diana, survived but was in intensive care for 4 months. The family spent everyday at the hospital which resulted in extensive medical, housing and expense bills. The family has only recently returned home to New York and still need help. A separate fundraiser assisted in covering some of those costs, and this fundraiser will help provide diapers, clothing and baby supplies. Any donation big or small will help! We thank you in advance for your generosity. For any questions regarding this fundraiser, please feel free to call Austin Glickman at: (516) 458-9933.
All donations must be collected by Wednesday, December 21st.
