It is with heavy hearts and weary eyes that we at the Rowlett Police Officers Association inform you we lost a valuable and loved member of our family. Last Thursday, we lost our own Officer Victoria Bailey after she took her own life. To say we are devastated and reeling is an understatement as Victoria has always stood as a beacon of strength to all of us who knew her.
The Rowlett Police Officers Association has created a memorial fund in her memory to support the family going forward.
If you are moved to make a monetary donation, words can not express the level of gratitude we have for you and your efforts to support Victoria’s family. This is a trying time as you can imagine and every little bit we can raise for her children and other surviving family members gives them one less thing to worry about.
We never know the demons someone is fighting… please PLEASE reach out if they start to take over. We love you and will forever miss you V. Rest easy, we take the watch from here.
