Last night we tragically lost one of our own in the NYPD - Police Officer Jason Rivera. As we mourn his death, we want to come together to show his family all the support they deserve during this trying time.
I personally worked with Jason in the 32 Precinct and all I can say is that he was an absolutely wonderful person and as a new officer on the job, he was always smiling and excited to go out no matter what his call of duty was. His cheer will be missed and will forever be in my prayers.
This fundraiser is to collect funds for his family to assist with their support system. A donation of any amount goes a long way. Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser.

RIP BROTHER. 🖤💙🖤🙏😞
My heartfelt sorrow to the Rivera family. Such a tragedy for the city of New York. May you find comfort through the memories of this beautiful soul. I have four daughters, three who live in the city I worry constantly. New York has become such a scary place, worst than when I first came to this country in 1985. What a sacrifice it is to become a police officer. We need to bring respect back and these hard working police officers. When our leaders don’t have their back what message does it send and has it sent over the past two years. Mr. Rivera’s name will not be forgotten. Let this be the first time NewYorkers all come out together to show respect. God Bless his family!
