Please Help Retired 103rd Pct MOS Adam Jangel diagnosed with Cancer

Created February 9th, 2023

Adam just last week was diagnosed, sadly, with an aggressive cancer which is in his colon and his spine rendering him unable to walk or move around on his own due to the debilitating pain the cancer has inflicted on him. Adam needs our financial help to support himself, and his 5-year-old daughter,  while he fights his Cancer. He was taken to Sloan Kettering Hospital tonight by ambulance and will start aggressive radiation and chemotherapy to fight the Cancer in his body. This aggressive treatment will take months and he will not be able to work as he deals with the devastating effects of his treatment program. Adam retired in January of 2021 after 21 years of dedicated service working his entire career in the 103rd Precinct in Jamaica Queens. He has many friends who support him and a family that relies on him so please donate and help Adam have no worries about bills, or providing for his daughter while he is battling for his life. Thank you be safe and well everyone, and please also pray for Adams full recovery and remission.

Good Morning everyone thank you for all the prayers and donations to help Adam and his family. Adam started Chemo therapy/Radiation and is getting his *** kicked. He is very tired from the treatments, but he is in good spirits and is fighting like hell. He has a long road ahead of him but Adam is extremely tough and we are all here for him to give him the strength and support he needs to beat this. Please keep sharing the fundraiser with our brothers and sisters in Blue, friends and family. Please be safe and God Bless.

Hi everyone we reached the $30,000 goal to help Adam in just 5 days. It’s amazing what we can do when we all come together to help each other in our time of need, thank you so much. We just told Adam about the fundraiser and he was very emotional. He did not want to accept this amazing gift we raised to help him. I told him that all the people who donated love and care about him and are giving him strength to fight like hell. He wanted to tell everyone who supports him, and prays for his recovery “Thank you”! I have raised the goal for Adam, so please continue to share the fundraiser with everyone you possibly can. I also wanted to update everyone about Adams surgery on his spine. He is now able to move his legs again as the Surgeons hoped, but he is in a lot of pain and is fighting hard. Hopefully we can get him home soon. Please continue to pray for Adams recovery. God bless everyone and be safe.

First, I want to thank everyone who has donated so far, we are halfway to our goal. Please keep sharing the fundraiser for Adam! Just wanted to update everyone on Adams condition. Today at about 2pm Adam had to have major spinal surgery. The Surgeons said they need to make two incisions in his spine to remove some of the Cancer that has wrapped itself around his spine causing him extreme pain and pressure on his nerves and blood flow to his extremities. If the surgery is successful the hope is that it will greatly reduce the massive pain he endures daily, and God willing it will help him regain the use of his legs and give him strength back in his arms and hands. Please keep him in your prayers. I'll update everyone on his condition when he is out of surgery. God Bless and be Safe!
