Today at around 2 am PO Tsakos who works with the NYPD Hwy patrol 3 was on duty helping other officers on a job on the LIE , while outside his veh PO Tsakos was struck and killed by a drunk driver. Officer Tsakos leaves behind a wife and two beautiful young children . To the family of Anasthasios, he worked too hard and gave his all to that job. May he Rest In Peace. My son left me last year and is in Heaven and I believe he’ll find him and they can talk about things between us when we worked together in highway. I feel your pain and I’m so sorry for your loss. If you ever need anything I’m here for a fellow NYPD Highway Patrol Officer.
